difficult stairs no elevator

The staff were adaptable and helpful, especially with directions.

I found the stairs to be quite difficult, especially when carrying luggage (i should have packed lighter). The lack of an elevator made it a bit of a struggle.

i found a couple of things disappointing . the lack of soundproofing really affected my sleep as i could hear noise from early morning until late at night. this hotel has stairs and it made moving luggage difficult.

I found the location convenient. It was near major attractions. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. i especially liked the cleanliness of the rooms and their cozy atmosphere. i would return based on my time at the hotel.

comfortable bathroom spacious room poor breakfast hidden hotel

i adored the complimentary afternoon tea i enjoyed it after a full day the room was spacious i found the bathroom comfortable and large.

the hotel seemed hidden from the main street it was difficult for our taxi driver to locate it the breakfast buffet needed more variety i noticed a limited selection of pastries.
